Review content:
We had a leak out of the back of the toilet, tried to fix it ourselves at night and it didn't work. We called Roto-Router at 8:15 to find out about them, we assumed they would be more expensive for 24-7 service but they don't charge any additional fees. They said they could have someone out the next morning between 8 and 10. At 7:15 the dispatch called to let me know they were on their way and a little before 8:00 they were here! They quickly evaluated the situation, told me what needed to be fixed and fixed it in less than an hour! I found a $40 off coupon on their site and I payed less than I was expecting. Great service, competent people and I'm glad to have a plumber number on hand for the future!
