I was a long time customer spending a good amount of money with them, I ordered a seafood platter basically clam strips, Price 7.25 what I ended up with was 7.25 worth of french frys. A little shocked just to see what they weigh as clam strips, I gathered up the peices which were no bigger then a penny and put them all in a measuring cup. Without compaction 1/3 cup less then a palmful. There were 4 cups of french frys. Disguested I called to inform them of my dissatisfaction, An owner answered and told me quote : Thats the way it is. No apoligy no offer and of course I would not accept this and told her, Miss I put the crumbs in a cup and it amounts to 1/3 cup. At which point she stated thats what we give, its clamstrips they are expensive. Sorry I don'y buy this excuse, Less then a mile away is the sandbar, and for 4.25 I can order a clam strip platter on a bun, and have a meal that was 8 times this amount and this is no joke.
Pros: Subs and Salads - Serves beer,wine generally clean and clutterfree transaction area.
Cons: Horrible customer service, Unwilling to compensate for poor portions, becomes nasty.
