The vets here are experienced. I have never been treated so well. I used to go to another clinic for their cheap cost. My dog was sick with life threatening disease Blastomycosis. After 3 different visits with my prior vet telling me nothing was wrong with my 2 yr old rottie I took my boy to small animal on a friends recommendation. Not even knowing us they showed tremendous concern for his health. They knew that there was something wrong with him and were determined to get to the bottom of it. Even though we did not get a diagnosis that day I felt better that some one was finally going to get to the bottom of my dogs strange ailements. A few days later she called to tell me she suspected he may have blasto. We sent out a UA and a few days later he was diagnosed with Blastomycosis a rare and often misdiagnosed disease most vets know very little about this awful disease. I am greatful to have gone to a vet that knew what we were de aling with. Yes they are pricier than my original vet but had I gone to small animal off the bat I would have saved money instead of trying to cut cost and go to someone who said there was nothing wrong with my boy. I learned you don't cut cost on your animals health care. My dog is not just a dog he is a part of my family. He deserves the best treatment possible and small animal offers that. Pros: Experienced, knowledgable, kind & caring Cons: none
