I was really disappointed how I was treated after being a customer for a year and referring several friends. One thing they don't tell you when you set up an appointment and give them your credit card information is that they save it forever in your file. And if you can't make your appointment you will be charged however much your appointment was going to cost. For me that was 100$ and they charge it to your card that they saved the very first appointment. Beware of falling into their trap.the receptionist is very rude and the high cost is not worth the mediocre services I received. I do regret wasting a year of my time and money at the salon after I went to anue salon on kanis. Anue salon has GREAT prices and great services. I will definitely be going there for now on!!
