I Was told that there was a Mexican Restaurant on federal hill, I could not believe it ; Because the Hill is well known for italian Cuisine. I decided to give It a try. It was a great experience, yuo feel like you are in a little Mexican hacienda. The place is small but beautiful, Food is fresh and very authentic and being Mexican myself I know what authentic means. I try the molcajete Azteca, A Mix Grilled Sirloin Steak, Chicken Strips, Cactus. Served in Volcano stone dish with a Chipotle salsa. I didn't think that existed In the US. had it in Mexico Before. My Wife had the Cochinita Pibil, very nice roasted pork, Service friendly, good selection of tequilas as well the sangria. If you like the real Mexican cuisine this is the place for you.
Pros: great cuisine
Cons: Do not take reservations for parties of 3 or less.
