Review content:
The communication in this tattoo shop is awful. I stopped by to make an appointment on a Friday afternoon, looked at some portfolios, and decided on Josh. He was tattooing some one else at the time, so the receptionist took my name, phone number, and the pictures I had brought in. She told me she'd have him contact me to make an appointment. After waiting nearly a week (Thursday) I gave the place a call. The guy who answered apologized and told me he'd give Josh the message. I did receive a voice mail while I was in a class the same day from Josh and called back not an hour later. The same receptionist from before answered the phone and took my information again and said she would have him contact me. I called again later, and this time the receptionist was impatient and short with me. She again said she would have him contact me, but I have not received any kind of phone call directly from Josh or from the tattoo shop. It has been two weeks since I first went in and I did not even succeed in making an appointment. I did end up going to Taylor St Tatto, made an appointment the same day I came in, and was able to start my tattoo today. Great job on Taylor St.'s part. Chicago tattoo co., on the other hand, did not take communication with their client seriously and did not give me the impression that they had any sense of urgency when it came to getting an appointment scheduled.
Pros: None, due to the fact that they never gave me the opportunity to see any
Cons: Poor communication
