Review content:
I went to this store to get a phony pony tail to use for a dance performance. I have never purchased one before. They sold me a $50 clip in hair piece on Monday. My hair stylist said it wouldn't work - it's not the right shade and it's not a pony tail, but a hair piece to be used in a different way. I took it back two days later, still tagged and in the exact same condition. They refused to refund my money citing "we're a medical device store and by law can't take returns." I have no doubt they sell medical devices but this clip in hair piece is not a medical device. Beware shopping here. They don't help you find what you need then they don't make amends when they assist you poorly in product selection.
