Review content:
I have been taking my animals to Hidden Valley for 3 years now, but I do not recommend this place. I am currently in the process of transferring my animals to a new veterinary clinic, after multiple problems with this vet. The staff and doctors mean well here, but they do not make me feel confident in their abilities as doctors at all, particularly in regards to something ans important to me as my pets. The doctors at Hidden Valley sincerely lack listening skills, and tend to believe that the owner is incompetent at pet care, which in my case could not be further from the truth. I cannot help but believe that there are many times that my animals could have avoided unnecessary pain and frustration if the doctors at this vet had LISTENED to my description of a problem, rather than assume they knew what happened.
