I was severely disappointed with this grooming service. The customer service was very good and i'm sure my dog had fun. The groomer didn't listen to what I asked her to do at all. I'd be okay with a style that I didn't like but the woman just cut all of the hair off of my dog and called it a day! There was no grooming!! I showed her a picture of his last cut and said that it took a long time for his coat to grow out and that I wanted to keep it long.... OMG 3 years of growth wasted! I know it's popular to cut all of the hair off Maltese dogs but that isn't what I wanted at all and I was really specific. I can't believe I paid them money to cut all of the hair off of my dog.
