Review content:
I've had new tires and oil changes from this center, and already my tires, which were supposed to be wonderful (and for what I paid they ought to have been) need replaced a year later. But, tires aside, it's my experience that it is very difficult to deal with the front desk, so I've ended up taking my car other places to get simple things, like an oil change, done in about an hour, instead of having to leave my car all day without an idea of when they might finish. With a morning drop-off, they could not agree to have my car 's oil change done within six hours, at which point I absolutely needed my car. Then, I was told I could make an appointment (though I don't see exactly how this might have helped guarantee a finish time). The time before I stopped in I was told that everything was first come first serve, no appointments, which is why I tried to drop off early the second time. Very, very frustrating. Easier to go somewhere else.
