My company has an account and I went to this store to add one more line, and I asked some basic questions. But the young lady at the counter was very mean and nasty, and I had the worst experience. Maybe I asked such a basic question, and my understanding was not good, but still it was very bad customer service. I will never go there again, and I will not add a line.
