Review content:
This place is beyond rustic, it looks more like a junk yard than a stable. Some of the panels are rusted out, broken, or even make-shift from plastic pallets, or whatever corroded pipes or old boards laying around. Things constanly "disappear" from the community tack room. There is brush laying on the ground everywhere, the electric fencing is either never working or practically laying on the ground. The outdoor pens have no cover for rain or sun. When it rains, the horses are standing in wet manure, because the pens never get cleaned. There are several neglected miniature horses that have their hooves overgrown so much the horses are beginning to become crippled. When a horse dies, it is dragged out to the pasture and left for nature to take it's course, not disposed of properly. There are broken down vehicles on the property, along with scrap metal and lumber everywhere. The buckets and water troughs never get washed and the smell is nauseating. The owner lives on the property along with his 7 dogs and more cats, The stench of dog feces from the owner's yard is overwhelming. If you are looking for a place to stable your horse, with a more than lived-in look, this one's for you. If you prefer a cleaner more upkept look, keep looking.
Pros: There are trees
Cons: too many to mention
