Review content:
I have a lab with several health problems so I've been to PetMed about 5 times now. Sometimes the service and vet are good and at other times not so good. My lab was misdiagnosed with ringworms and the vet told me that she would follow up with bone and joint health information but never did. The vet that I originally used there missed a couple of scheduled appointments and we were passed on to another vet and it was like starting all over. The facility is nice and clean and the hours are good.
Pros: Nice faclities, good hours.
Cons: Vets are average and do not follow up.
