Review content:
Owner of Strive2bfit is extremely unprofessional. I had billing issue which was their fault. When i expressed displeasure with their handling of the matter and wanted to cancel i was called "f--cking piece of sh...t" and told "would be seen in court" after they had already debited the money from my account. These comments were made by the owner of Strive2bfit, Sonjay, who judging by this behavior seems unstable: he later fired my trainer for asking what happened; again not very considerate to his clients that would be impacted by such impulsive behavior, although it seems that Strive2bfit did not have a lot of clients. My trainer was good and didnt deserve to be fired in that manner. I have noticed a high turnover of trainers in my six months there. Due to Sonjay's lack of professionalism and irrational behavior I wound not recommend Strive2bfit to anyone, most likely you will have a new trainer every few months as the owner is not someone thats seems to be easy to work with. The company i work for has dropped corporate sponsership of Strive2bfit as a result of this incident. There are plenty of other cross-fit facilities, give your business to someone that has respect for their clients and employees alike. Pros: null Cons: null
