I am a local merchant and I call other merchants occasionally to market my business. 99% of the merchants I call are pleasant and supportive. The woman who answered the phone hung up without a single word when I called and told him/her why I was calling. I hope they don't treat their customers in such a rude and unprofessional manner. What ever happended to civility?
