This place is a nightmare!!!!!!! My was house was overrun with bed bugs from another tenant they did nothing and when i had to get rid of all my furniture bc of their neglect to the entire situation, they said big deal. I am in the process of filing court action against them. Numerous ppl signed petitions for various issues bed bugs i talked to at least three other tenants with this issue of the coming in from an neighboring apartment, roaches(not exterminating), moving ppl in dirty and damaged apartments and never fixing the issue, not paying common area light bills, ppl stealing copper out of the air conditioning units, drug deals, shootings( Mexican shot and killed his brother out there this past fall, slow police response, gang activity, and rumors of foreclosure and TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!! I JUST MOVED IN NOVEMBER!! SO THESE ISSUES ARE FRESH!!!!! TAKE HEED MOVE TO WILLOWDAILE THE COST IS NOT...... WORTH IT!!! NOOOOO JOKE. Im gonna call wral and news 11 to put the focus on this SLUM LORD!! Including the health department, fair housing, better business bureau, and the rental protection agency!!! People were moving out in LARGE numbers!!! MOVE SOMEWHERE ELSE PLEASE..................................
