Businiess name:  Jim Trenary Chevrolet of Troy

Review content:
I would like to say how unacceptable the service department at Jim Trenary in Troy Missouri is. The unaccommodating way that they treat people is both arrogant and rude. The other GM dealer in town is much more customer friendly! We actually went to Marquitz Motors first, they happily diagnosed the problem with no charge, but didn't have the part to fix it. They sent us to Jim Trenary to get the part, and we decided to have Jim Trenary's service department do the work. Right away the service attendant, Tyson had an attitude. They installed the sensor, and the problem was not fixed. Upon calling to see about bringing the car back the next day, we were informed that "they" (Jim Trenary) didn't diagnose the problem, and "they" wouldn't touch the part, and "they" would charge us an additional $90.00 basically to bring it back just to hook it up on "their" machine. So, the whole picture is, Marquitz did the right thing and treated us right. We should have just went there. And from now on we certainly will. Looks like Jim Trenary is a little too big for "their" britches! All it would have taken is a little customer friendliness, and a better attitude instead we got a slap in the face. Never again! Pros: null Cons: null
