Review content:
After requesting the bill amount twice over the phone the bill was $60 more than quoted. After also confirming on two separate phone calls that Discover would be accepted, this was not the case when I tried to pay my bill. Sensing the irritation of the employee, Andy, I asked if I had done something to offend him and was informed that I had a very negative attitude. After finding out that I had been lied to multiple times on the phone by the employees I feel that politely asking for Andy to inform the other employees to know what forms of payment are accepted and what the prices of the services are to be a valid request. Andy obviously did not feel the same. I offered an apology to Andy for offending him as that was not my intent, but reminded him that I was given false information and felt that I had every reason to request more honest or product educated service. Andy was unwilling to accept my apology.
