Review content:
There are certain things most home owners are afraid of. For me it is HVAC, Major electrical, and Major plumbing. On Sunday, 8-21-11, I had one of those major plumbing problems that involved the main line in my house which is a 3" pipe. Worst day possible for a problem, but I was able to isolate the problem giving me peace of mind I could wait until Monday, to avoid large service fee. I hadd recently saw an ad for AMister Quik for $99.00 any drain any time. I called and yes that was true, after the service visit charge, which is normal. I made the appointment and low and behold first thing Monday morning I got a call from the scheduler, who was very pleasant and quite helpful assuring me that they did work on main pipes as not all plumbers do. I was further amazed when not one but two plumbers showed up on time and quite courteous. They listened to wqhat my wife had to say about the situation and then went about the business fo taking care of the problem at hand in a timely and reasonable charge for something that I could not do myself. I now have them on my list of who to call and have given the name of the company to 3 co-workers today. It is nice to have a stranger come into your house and leave as though you just made a friend. Thank you and I will refer and use Mister Quik again.
