Review content:
I've used the Hudson Enterprise Car Rental quite ofen over the past 5 years. I've had some questionable service from this location, but continue to use their services, as they have a car rental monopoly in this community. The car was supplied to me with half a tank of fuel. I returned the car with the needle touching the bottom of the halfway full line. For this indiscretion I was charged for 2 gallons of fuel @ over $5.00 per gallon. When I spoke with the Enterprise Customer Service Representative, they told me that the car was not returned with exactly the same amount of fuel and I should be charged. While I will be forced to use them in the future, I suggest that you request the fuel level be full at your departure. It's very apparent that Enterprise will take advantage of people with every opportunity that presents itself. Pros: null Cons: null
