Steve, I just wanted to drop you a note to express my thanks for the way your office staff helped me with a recent claim. I know you just recently changed locations, and have added a couple new staff members, but your service didn't fall off at all during that transition. The new office location is great, and your new staff people are outstanding! There are many reasons I've been a long time customer of yours, and the great "Good Neighbor" service you and your staff continue to provide is just one of them. Please pass along my compliments to your new staff folks for taking
