Here's the SUMMARY for those who don't have time to read the hell i've been put through at Hunter's Glen: DON'T MOVE HERE, it's filthy inside the dumpy apts and on the outside grds, mgmt lies, hidden fees, accounting is a mess, staff berates you and threatens you with lawyers and lawsuits for late rent only to find out they posted your rent check to someone else's account...no apologies, staff is rude and surly to existing tenants, place is unsafe because of d**** police are always being called in, maintenance for repairs is unresponsive. Unless you like being yelled at by the staff, having your security deposit stolen by these thugs (eh, meant mgmt / Aimco parent co. ), living in substandard conditions, just STAY AWAY from here. Check out APARTMENTRATINGS dot COM for what others have been saying about this place and you'll see.
