Review content:
Brought a new Dark Blue Ralph Lauren sport blazer for dry cleaning and got in return a Black worn out coat that didn't even fit me. The lady in charge didn't want to believe me and had the audacity to tell me I was wrong and that I brought the wrong coat to go look at my house because it was there implying I was trying to scam her because the wrong coat had my name... I told her, lady, tyou were the ones who atgged it. When she noticed I was getting upset she then told me they were low on cash and she can't reimburse me for the lost item. Today is 4/20/2012 and still no word from them. Very unreliable system and no lost item warranty. The total adventure cost me $200 plues $25 cleaning...
