My story begins with me walking into gals and guys with hair to the middle of my back. I called the salon ahead of time and explained to them what I wanted ( an a line bob with a very dramatic angle) and that I wanted to be sure that they were able to deliver. I showed the girl a picture of the cut I wanted and she assured me she could handle it. She didnt even want the pic to refer to while cutting it! That should of been my first clue to get out while I could..........not to mention the state of the salon, filthy floors and such. So she goes ahead with the cut and it looks awful........nothing about it looked like the picture I had shown her. She cut the front to short and the back was all uneven. I asked her if she could fix it without taking anymore length off of the front and she said she could not do that and still make it blend in. Like an idiot I allowed her to try to fiix it........afterall she had just cut all my hair off anyway. By the time she was done the second time I was fighting tears. To make matters worse, when I went to pay.........she charged me 36 dollars! Being the non confrontational person I am, I paid the money and got the hell out of there. I went directly to another salon to see if I could at least try to get it fixed. The stylist at this salon were horified when I filled them in on the details and they saw the hack job that I had been given. They told me that I was entilted to my money back and I should demand it. I called the salon to talk to the owner /manager just to be told she would call me back. Just got off the phone with her.............what a bi***. She offered me ten dollars! Ten dollars....... really! I suggest to anyone who is looking for a nice haircut to stay the hell away from this place! When I questioned the lady about why it cost so much she told me it was because my hair was long! Since when does it matter how much hair they are cutting off? Nothing about this place is right! Especially the management! If you value your hair and the way it makes you look and feel........then STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!! If I could give this place a negative rating I would......but they wont let me publish my review without giving it at least one star. Lucky for you gals and guys.
