Review content:
Poor customer service- when notified on a weekend that there were fire ants in my apt and that I had been bitten several times (allergic to their bite), Century Heights weekend/emergency maintenance said that an ant infestation (possibly caused by digging operations near apt) did not constitute an emergency, even with an allergic reaction. I was to call and leave a message for the Century Heights staff- which I did ( twice) I purchased some pesticides from Lowes sprayed the heck out of the apt and purchased a Hotel room for the night- it was that or a hospital visit. In the AM I returned to MANY dead ants on the floor (removed before going to work Monday AM) . When I came back Monday evening I was told the apt was treated and that no live ants were found (more dead ones on the floor since AM). I asked why my call was not returned on Sunday as there were office hours and i had left several voicemails at the local apt office. I was told" Oh on Sunday I was very busy"- Nice....... I am so glad my 2 year old grandson was not visitin; could have been very bad...
