My experience with Eagle Transmission was fabulous. They rebuilt my transmission and made the process easy for me.
Transmission work can be traumatic. Initially, I had no idea where to go and no clue whether or not I was going to be ripped off. Thankfully, a neighbor recommended Eagle Transmission and said that they were trustworthy and would do me right, which they did.
The day that I called Eagle, I was planning to leave for vacation the very next day. They came to my home and towed my car for free. I gave them my cell phone number and they called me while I was on vacation to tell me how much it would cost. I told them to go ahead and do the work and, when I returned home from vacation, my car was in my driveway, all fixed.
I dealt with Tim, who maintained a sense of humor throughout the process and made sure that I was comfortable. He also kept me informed about what was going on, which I appreciated.
I have already recommended Eagle Transmission to several people. They were wonderful.
