Review content:
There was a crack in my basement wall, and I looked in the phone book for companies that could perform some repairs. I called American Waterworks, because they seemed to be the only ones who had experience in that area. The basement wasn't caving in yet, but I wanted to prevent any additional damage.
The crew was here promptly, and finished the job in record time. They all worked at it, and they were done by lunch time. They put in six shields in the basement to steady the walls, and six anchors in the yard that I'm to tighten as necessary.
It worked out better than having the wall rebuilt, which would have been expensive and a perfect mess. However, I haven't heard a thing from them since they were here. This is why I had to lower their rating. I hoped they would have checked back to see that everything was working, but we didn't hear a solitary thing. They did the job well, and fast, but they need to work on followup.
