I don't usually write reviews but this was such a refreshing experience that I had to let others know - I have become used to no one returning calls or showing up when scheduled and this did not happen with Pride Plumbing - My call was answered, an appointment was set up and Mr. Clark showed up on the date of the appointment and called 1/2 hour before he was to arrive as he said he would - he went over any concerns he had and gave me the option of having the repairs done that day which is what I chose to do - what I expecially liked was the thoughtfulness about calls and showing up as scheduled - it made me feel that my business and time was important - I was very pleased and would highly recommend Pride Plumbing
