It seems as though most of the reviewers (especially the one before this post) have Planet Xchange confused with Plato's closet. Planet Xchange is NOT owned by the same company as once upon a child and is in no way affiliated with them. This is a locally owned business providing this community with AMAZING, affordable second hand clothing. All of their items are current, name brand items, some of which cannot even be purchased in a local store (Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie). I have been shopping here religiously for the 16 or so years they have been in business. It does not get better than this for great clothing at a great price. I get why they do not take just any stuff that comes through the door. If they did, they would not have the quality and fashionable items that they do. Yes, they are picky about what they buy, but they pay GREAT money (cash) for GREAT items and this is most certainly what sets them apart. They are not a thrift store so do not expect them to buy thrift store quality items. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could, as I am never disappointed with their fabulous, quality second hand buys and their friendly staff.
