Review content:
I am really only commenting on their propery management especially durng the fall. Sutton Square is the worst offender of blowing leaves and debris into city streets. I have seen it over the past several years using wheeled gas blowers (Basically a big fan on wheels) blowing all their leaves, twigs, etc into mornign rush hour traffic. I have never seen a commercial property do such a blatant thing. I have seen several near accidents due to this. Not only am I baffled as to this practice (sure they do it to save money)...but they are making it the city's problem and are endangering the lives of those driving on Falls of Neuse. The leave are slick and cars trying to avoid the flying debris swerve or end up in the wrong lanes. I have called the leasing/property management company and they don't seem to return calls. Since then I have checked with the City Police. I was told that the next time they do it I should call the police. The funny thing is I have seen the police drive right through the flying debris. I quess it takes a complaint for them to stop it.
Pros: like some of the local shops.
Cons: do not like how the property is managed (even with the repainted shops)
