Review content:
I had been to Scarlett's several times and had never had a bad expereince; however the last visit left me very upset that I had told friends and family to go there. Myself and my husband was in PAIN during and for about a week afterwards. This was not mine or his first massage and we knew what to expect, but this was very unacceptable. We will never referr people there again. Please like the other review, very noisy. Not only from the traffic but people walking through the building.
