I went in to Gresham Nissan last winter (2011) to get my heater fixed. I have a 2006 Nissan 350z and I figured Nissan would be the place to go. They charged me $100 for diagnostic and told me they needed to replace the motor to the fan. The fan worked sometimes, it just didn't get warm. After replacing the fan for $330.00, the heater still didn't work so they told me that they needed to keep the car longer to figure it out but it was a good thing they replaced the fan anyway even though it didn't fix the problem. Later they told me it was the relay switch which was fairly cheap but they weren't going to charge me for it. Another couple of days later I got my car back and realized that the heater still didn't work. I paid $430.00 for Gresham Nissan to jerk me around for a few days... and I was freezing for the remainder of the winter. I don't feel like I can trust anyone with my car now - it's very frustrating.
