I brought my HP Pavilion TX2000 to EDGE due to the GPU overheating issue that's all over the internet. I was tempted to try one of the many people on eBay to fix it, but found the EDGE website and I'm glad I did. It took less than 24 hours for Sam to fix it. He did a Re-Ball of the GPU and cleaned out the fan and new thermal paste on the CPU. The laptop is running great now and I'm thankful to the folks at EDGE for their quick service and reasonable price.
