Had this company come to my home to see if they could clean a wool oriental rug. The other cleaner I've used in the past used to take my rug for a week and when they brought it back, it seemed to still be dirty. The cleaner that this company sent to my home was very knowledgeable about wool oriental rugs. He cleaned my rug without taking it with him and when he was finished, the colors were bright, the rug clean & soft and the cost was one third of what my old cleaner charged, I have hired them to clean all of the carpets in my home since cleaning my oriental and the job turned out beautifully. The best cleaner I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with!
