Review content:
I used Solis as a contractor, not landscaper, they advertise both services. The only good thing about them was their price. Their estimate came in about 7k less than other estimates. They laid porcelain tile the whole first floor of my house, approx. 700 square feet. They estimated 1 week to complete the job, by the end of the 2nd week, it was clear they didn't have much experience. My floor is now uneven, they didn't put back moldings on the floor because "it wasn't on my contract", I cleaned up more than they did. The grout job was horrendous and sloppy with holes in it. They were also contracted to redo the bathroom near the kitchen. They tiled a wall and that grout job was even worse than the floor, that needs to be redone also. They got cement all over the place, including on my brand new vanity and obviously tried to fix it. Of course I noticed it and didn't even mention to them as they would deny that anyway. They dented my washing machine and then didn't want to pay to replace the panel, the list goes on and on. If I wanted them to fix something that was unacceptable or wrong, they gave me attitude. Poor attitude and bad job. I wished I had gone with another "real" contractor. Maybe they should just stick to cutting grass.
