My experience at John Roberts was good overall. Jennifer G was my stylist and she took time and extra care to understand my concerns and what I was looking for. My only negative areas are 1. Pricing is a bit high considering my previous salon was less expensive and the total cost included gratuity and 2. While the hand and arm massage is nice, I think it would be more relaxing while at the shampoo bowl where you can relax and close your eyes while sitting back versus having it done during the haircutting process.
