Review content:
We were at this Applebees a few months ago. The place was freezing! We asked if they could turn down the AC. The waitress was very kind and polite, she referred us to the manager. He was very rude, said basically "Too Bad". We were not the only customers freezing, several people had sweaters and jackets on. I did not have one with me, it was very warm outside. I called the General Manager the next day and was told that they were having alot of problems with this new manager. Well, DUH, fire him. They have lost customers for life over him. We go out to eat about five times a week so it truly is their loss.
