This is a cosmetology school and the students there give haircuts and provide other services to the public while under direct supervision of an instructor.
Their services are very inexpensive and I have to say that everyone I know who goes there consistently says that they've gotten the best haircut/hair color/etc of their life at Sakie Int'l.
Highly HIGHLY reccomended. Haircuts are only $5, and you really get a professional job done even at that low low price.
