I have been going to this doctor's office for almost a year. I got pregnant about three months ago and figured that the long waits (15 minutes +) would less and that I would be able to get someone on the phone, since I was pregnant. I experienced some bleeding and tried to contact the on-call doctor starting at 8:30am on a Wednesday morning, not until late that evening did I hear back from someone. I had also called and left messages (6 in total) through-out the day. I was not a happy camper. It seems like I can never get a hold of anybody and that the female doctor is hardly around. When I have seen her, it's been very quick, though she seems nice. Her nurses are usually nice and there's one who is awesome - knowledgeable and reassuring. Anyway, after the long waits and lack of calls returned, I moved on to another doctor. The worst wait was when I scheduled an 8:30am appointment thinking it was the first in the day, how could it be late? The nurse practitioner and ultrasound tech rolled in at 8:50am.
BTW, the new address is 4545 9th Avenue, Suite 300, Denver.
