Unfortunately, I can't remember the lady's name that gave me the massage. She was absolutely knowledgeable and great with her hands. She acknowledged my problem areas, took care of them, and I feel wonderful. My lower back is pain free. Thank you!! Please review my appointment which was on Monday at 2:00 and let her know she is great! I am back in Michigan and will definitely come again when I visit your neck of the woods. Your spa is very inviting. The atmosphere is very conducive for relaxation. Thanks again. Gail Babel
