Review content:
The Buca di Beppo that my boyfriend and I went to is located in Garden Grove, about two streets down from DIsneyland. The food there is really good, especially the spaghetti with the seafood, (but i had forgotten what it's called) and their mash potatoes was surprisingly delicious. But their customer service is terrible. The waiter who took my order seemed to be in a hurry and did not serve us until moments later when I finally had caught his attention. I don't understand why he seemed to be rushing in and out of the restaurant--because it wasn't even that busy. Anywho, when he jotted down my entre, he left my table when i was not finished talking; My boyfriend had to call him back. I thought he was really rude. ALSO when he brought us our food, he had switched the orders..so we got a small instead of a large.
Although the food was good, the waitor made me disappointed for the rest of the time i spent there. I never came back there to eat. My sister said that when she went to a Buca di Beppo in Los Angeles, the waitor was also rude to her and her boyfriend. So i guess this isn't just me...
