This was the WORST moving company I have ever used. I have used several moving companies and have never had such bad customer service in my life. I was lied to about several things, there were hidden fees, had a small truck for my type of move, employees had no tools, had to pay for all supplies they needed to move me and the manager is very unprofessional. I have never seen where a moving company ask for a deposit of 400.00 then packed all my things up and told the men do not take my things until I paid another deposit of 350.00. When I asked why he said because my things were going to storage and not a home. I have never in all the companies I have used which being several heard of that! I had a very heated conversation with the manager and informed him that I will never ever refer this company to anyone and that I see why there are soo many negative reviews on the internet and I wish I would have seen them before today! He got smart then said that he didn't care and that many were not from Richmond. I have companies of my own and have never argued with a customer. You always want a customer to leave you feeling complete and satisfied. I was than forced to not be able to take everything due to time and no more space on truck. I was also told they would be at my home at 8am and they called me at 8:50 am asking me if they needed to bring tools. They still did not have many tools that were needed when they arrived on top of it all when I informed the manager he told me that they were not late. I asked did he know definition of late? He tells me whats 20 minutes thats not really late! Im just soooo disgusted with the whole move and even the men were disappointed in how i was being treated. ONCE AGAIN THIS COMPANY WILL NEVER EVER GET MY BUSINESS AND NO ONE ELSE I KNOW IF I CAN HELP IT!
