Excellent The very first thing Don did was to tell me he would bend over backwards to help me get into a great car and he made it perfectly clear what he could and could not do (the "could do's" easily out weighted the "could not's"). Don didn't pressure me one bit from the very beginning, he just presented me with several excellent choices of cars to consider along with exactly what it would take for him to get me into one of them, but he also was very straight forward and up front about what was required of me.
