Review content:
This is a lot landlord around here but I personally think it is ok. The landlord is hot mainly because the apt is big and the price is good. I heard that it is difficult to get a studio there unless you have some insider news to know who is going to move out. I don't like this apt mainly because I feel there is certain smell in this apt. But the good thing is the smell stays in the hallway, not inside the apt.
