After having my pool built, I happened upon Tucson Pool & Spa and entrusted them with keeping the chemicals balanced in my pool. What a mistake. The water would be green and cloudy. The filters would be untouched. The cleaning system would be not working properly. I relied on the pool company to maintain my pool and to guide me when neede with it's care. When I called on them I was met, consistently, with rude indifference. When finally I'd had enough (after consulting with a representative from another company and having the dire status of my pool clearly laid out for me), the woman at Tucson Pool could have cared less. Rather than offer to attempt to repair our relationship, she asked if I wanted their service or not for the final Monday (which I'd paid for). Would highly advise to stay away from this company. They do not care about the welfare of your pool or the satisfaction of their customers.
