The esthetician (Clare) was pleasant enough, but she did not introduce herself: it felt as if I was just another one of her appointments she wanted to get through. As the treatment proceeded, she did not offer any advice on skin care nor any assessments as to the condition of my skin. All that could have been overlooked if she had not been so over zealous in the extraction process. I now have red spots and worse yet, scabs in some areas where she was less than gentle with my easily-scarred skin. I came in expecting improved skin tone, but ended up with patchy, splotchy, and scarred face. I have received the Epicuren facial as well as other facial treatments before from Spa Gregories and have been very pleased with the results, but this last experience was very disappointing.
