Grace did a great job on our house remodel which included tearing the old place down and building up 3 stories from the foundation. The project was a Green Remodel. What we liked best was she was very attune to our needs, was comfortable with us acting a our own GCs with help from her when needed. She took care of the designs to get us to permitting, recommended materials, put us in contact with other great contractors, and gave us advice when stuck. A simple review wouldn't do justice with the details of all the job she did. You can Google Mukilteo Green Remodel to get details of the project. If your looking for a modern Architect that understands sustainability and green practices you should talk to her.
