Located in Rock Hill, A Cut Above lives up to its name. They are much better than other salons. I believe they really care for their customers because they take the time to answer any questions you have and make sure they understand what you want.
They offer all kinds of haircut services, and do what they can to make you comfortable. You can also request the same hair stylist everytime you visit so they get use to what you want and give that to you.
Prices are reasonable, and parking is good. I like the hours they have as well. I was impressed by the overall feeling I had went I left. Try this hair cutting business because they offer almost all services you will need.
