Moe's has a great assortment of Mexican food (burritos, quesadillas, etc) that are prepared fresh in front of you.
The prices are a higher than a fast food restaurant, but the portions are HUGE.
You also get multi-colored tortilla chips with your meal, which is a nice touch.
The dining area is crowded, but it doesn't feel cramped. There are also a few tables outside.
One odd thing was the background music. Instead of the expected Mexican or Southwestern music, there were pop songs and oldies playing.
