Review content:
It took them 7 weeks to repair our pool from extensive tree damage after we were told it would take about 10 days. Their coordination of the work was extremely unprofessional, and they asked for payment before the job was complete. The initial installation was a nightmare, once again, due to the lack of coordination. They had to lift the pool from the ground because of a lapse in time from putting it in the ground to getting their workers organized in completing the job. Very unprofessional, but very good at lip service. I am still having problems with air bubbles and the pool is quite obviously slanted and uneven. I am quite certain that they won't be asking me if they can show our pool to potential customers anymore! We are extremely disappointed and would never recommend them to another soul.
